Tayler Fisher utilizes many perspectives and theories in her practice. Ms. Fisher conduct therapy based practices that draws on Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing. Ms. Fisher has also worked with clients who have experienced trauma using In-vivo exposure therapy and a trauma-informed approach.
