After completing his residency in psychiatry and a research fellowship in neuroimaging, Dr. Michael Cerullo spent a decade in academic medicine at the University of Cincinnati. He was involved in NIH grants studying depression and bipolar disorder and has published multiple articles in medical and neuroscience journals. After leaving academics, Dr. Cerullo spent the next decade working in community mental health and in private practice. He has twenty years of experience as a psychiatrist who specializes in treating mood disorders (depression and bipolar disorder). In his free time, he loves spending time outdoors and reading.
