Bio

Dr. Harbert earned her medical degree at Emory University in Altanta. She started her career in 1991 with private practice then moved on to the Dekalb Crisis Center finally reaching the Atlanta VA. Her experience in each of these environments inspired her passion for working with people with serious mental illnesses who are unable to afford care elsewhere. In her free time, she enjoys reading and spending time with her husband of 30+ years.
