Coupon code LACARE is only valid for new Cerebral clients purchasing an auto-renewing subscription to Cerebral’s month-to-month [Therapy-only / Therapy + Medication / Medication-only] plan. Offer must be redeemed by [02/15/25 at 11:59 pm PT] by entering the coupon code at check-out. Once subscribed, you will have access to a free trial period of Cerebral for one month only. After the free trial period, you will be converted to a paid monthly subscription and automatically charged (depending on plan selection $295/therapy, $365/Medication+Therapy, or $95/medication) each month unless you cancel through your Cerebral account before your free trial ends. Code may only be used once per client and may not be combined with insurance or any other promotions or plans, including multi-month packages. Not valid on medication costs, add-ons or other costs outside of the subscription fee. If subscription is canceled, this offer becomes invalid and will not be reinstated upon reactivation.
