Coupon code CARE15 is only valid for new Cerebral clients purchasing an auto-renewing subscription to Cerebral’s month-to-month plans. Offer must be redeemed by January, 1st at 11:59 pm PT, 2025 by entering the coupon code at check-out. The 15% discount is only applicable to the first month of a self–pay subscription. After the one-month discounted period, the subscription will renew automatically each month and you will be automatically charged the then current full subscription price displayed at checkout unless you cancel through your Cerebral account before your next billing date. Code may only be used once per client and may not be combined with any other promotions or plans, including Strong Start multi-month packages. Not valid on medication costs, add-ons or other costs not covered under  the subscription fee. If subscription is canceled, this offer becomes invalid and will not be reinstated upon reactivation.
