Kenny Chubinsky is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). He received his Master of Science in Social Work from the University of Texas at Austin. He has experience providing individual and group psychotherapy to people across the lifespan. DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), and CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) are just some of the therapeutic modalities he uses. In addition, Kenny draws heavily from attachment theory, mindfulness, and somatic experiencing, seeking to help clients anchor themselves in the present moment. Kenny is passionate about creating a space that is safe and free from judgment so that clients can feel empowered to move toward their most authentic selves. In his free time, Kenny enjoys baking, cooking, learning guitar, and spending time with his dog.
