ABOUT Kaylin Lauscher

Kaylin Lauscher is a Temporary-Licensed Professional Counselor in Tennessee who graduated with her Master's degree from Johnson University in 2021. She is most excited to dive deep into the stories that others live and help to come alongside as an advocate, cheerleader, and companion on their journeys. Kaylin has training in a variety of areas including trauma, suicide, crisis, grief and loss, life adjustments, depression, anxiety, work-life issues, relationships, and self-esteem/self-image. As a client of Kaylin's, you can expect to be gently challenged, trying out new ways of thinking, and exploring new ways to create your own story. Within her own lifetime, Kaylin has experienced a variety of difficult life experiences that have shaped her view of humanity altogether; creating a greater passion for traumatic experiences and counseling work in general. On a personal note, Kaylin enjoys most the combination of the arts and storytelling, usually finding herself on some type of grand adventure trying new things and meeting new people. She loves to work out at the gym, talk with friends, paint or take photos, or write heartfelt stories about life's greatest curiosities.

No one can take that burden from you. It's just something you have to wear like a giant cinder block sweater....Here's the hard part: it's an awful train that doesn't make stops. And it's going, no matter if you wanna take it or not. Still, I've been on it for a while now and if you want, you can come sit next to me. -Zoey's Extraordinary Playlist, 2020
