Judy Yeboah is a mental health professional who supports and helps individuals lead more well-balanced lives. She has a Master's in Human Services with experience in advocacy, supportive counseling, and casework. In the past I have worked in a group home setting and provided family support and respite to caregivers caring for a loved one.
When I am not working, I like to go on nature walks, read good books, or try cooking new recipes. Healthy living through mind, body, and spirit is my passion. I look forward to engaging with you.
When you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change. -Wayne Dyer
