ABOUT Jennifer Ritchie

Jenn believes the most important aspect of counseling is the therapeutic relationship. She is passionate about providing a non-judgmental environment through her warm and authentic personality. Jenn obtained a Masters of Science in Counseling from Mercy College in New York. Her clinical interests include a range of effective evidence-based counseling techniques, tailoring her approach to fit the individual needs of her clients. She has extensive training in trauma-informed care, CBT, DBT, anxiety, depression, life transitions, relational issues, self-esteem, mood disorders and ADHD. n her spare time, Jenn loves spending time in nature with her dog, traveling to new places, and can always be found with a book in her hand. She enjoys playing board games with her friends and can be found all summer at the lake with her family.
