Allie Albright holds a Bachelor’s degree in Child and Family Studies from La Roche College in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Allie has extensive experience in the child welfare and mental health field serving a wide range of individuals across different genders, races, cultures, and disabilities. She has worked with individuals struggling with addiction, anxiety, depression, abuse, and grief. Through education and experience, Allie utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Solution Focused Theory with clients to aid in coping skills and techniques. Allie has experience in working with individuals on de-escalation, goal-setting, grounding, and mindfulness techniques. Allie has first-hand knowledge and has witnessed the impact of unresolved mental health issues within a family and aims to utilize her education and experience to promote mental health and wellness. In her free time, Allie enjoys spending time with her family and friends, going on walks with her dog, shopping, and enjoying the outdoors.
