Trish Bertrand is a Licensed Professional Counselor. She takes an integrative approach to therapy to promote healing according to the specific needs of each of her clients. Trish is here to help you become empowered to create the changes that you would like to see within yourself and within your life. She will provide you with support and unbiased perspective, and the tools that you need to create those changes. Trish often uses Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness techniques, Attachment Theory, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Somatic Inquiry to help her clients progress towards mental and emotional balance. She is also currently being trained in EMDR. In her spare time, Trish loves making memories with my family.
