ABOUT Tina Lintner

Tina Lintner, LMFT-T is a Marriage and Family Therapist and received her Master of Arts degree from Northcentral University, having extensive training in couples and family dynamics, parenting challenges, Autism, and trauma. Looking for someone who is passionate about working with individuals, couples and families who have experienced struggles with depression, anxiety, grief and loss, or everyday life issues including divorce, Tina is here to help. As a trusted Marriage and Family Therapist, Tina believes walking along the path with her clients and meeting them where they are at in their life journey is integral to building self-efficacy, growth, and most important, hope! Reaching out and asking for help during a difficult time is the bravest thing one can do, and Tina is here to help listen, support, and guide you to the next steps to your desired future. Tina uses a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Solution Focused Therapy, Play Therapy, Trauma Informed Care, and other motivational and supportive interventions.
