Sharon Lemire is an Associate Social Worker, ASW 76398. Employed by Cerebral under the supervision of Dan Mansfield, LCSW 70794. She received her Master of Social Work from the University of New Hampshire with a focus on the systems that impact mental health. Sharon uses a strengths-based approach to provide Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Trauma Informed Care. She specializes in working with those who are struggling with anxiety, depression, childhood/family traumas, stress management, and self-esteem issues, as well as people adjusting to new life changes. She believes in cultivating a therapeutic alliance and providing a safe and trusting environment to create positive, long-lasting change and improve quality of life. Sharon’s goal is to join you in your journey towards self-discovery by deconstructing unhelpful patterns while building and strengthening skills that help you navigate challenges experienced in life. In her free time, Sharon enjoys playing tennis, hiking, practicing hand-lettering, and watching true crime documentaries.
