Sharon Lemire is an Associate Clinical Social Worker. She received her Master of Social Work from the University of New Hampshire with a focus on the systems that impact mental health. Sharon uses a strengths-based approach to provide Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Trauma Informed Care. She specializes in working with those who are struggling with anxiety, depression, childhood/family traumas, stress management, and self-esteem issues, as well as people adjusting to new life changes. She believes in cultivating a therapeutic alliance and providing a safe and trusting environment to create positive, long-lasting change and improve quality of life. Sharon’s goal is to join you in your journey towards self-discovery by deconstructing unhelpful patterns while building and strengthening skills that help you navigate challenges experienced in life. In her free time, Sharon enjoys playing tennis, hiking, practicing hand-lettering, and watching true crime documentaries.
