August Stadnik is a Licensed Master Social Worker, LMSW 092570. Employed by Cerebral. Supervised by Erin Mack, Licensed Clinical Social Worker. August received her Master of Social Work from the Silberman School of Social Work at Hunter College with a concentration in LGBTQIA+ health. August believes in establishing a supportive therapeutic relationship and collaboratively defining a space to facilitate growth and healing. August uses Trauma Informed Care, Mindfulness, and other modalities to provide each person with the treatment that best fits their needs. August has experience in supporting individuals with issues surrounding anxiety, depression, self-esteem, sexuality, gender, relationships, physical health and illness, chronic pain, and family dynamics. August is passionate about reducing stigma, decreasing barriers, and increasing access to mental health care for all individuals.
