Nathan Reed is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Nevada and Indiana. He is also a Licensed Clinical Addictions Counselor in Indiana. He received his Master of Social Work degree from Radford University with a focus in community-based family practice. His BA degree was earned at King University with a concentration in psychology. Nathan has experience in providing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solutions Focused Therapy, Structural Family Therapy, Play Therapy, Trauma-Informed Care, crisis intervention, and utilization review. He has served in outpatient and acute care settings, including level one and level two trauma center emergency departments. Nathan has experience in providing care to adult, youth, geriatric, and individuals with complex medical comorbidities. He believes that a person-centered approach empowers individuals to grow toward their goals. He believes that Telehealth/technology-enhanced care is very important so that everyone has an opportunity to access care. Nathan participated in a Telehealth pilot for Indiana seven years ago and has since enjoyed the growth of this service. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family, traveling, enjoying the outdoors, and writing.
