Megan Duffy is a Licensed Professional Counselor and NBCC National Certified Counselor. She earned her Master's Degree in Counseling with a concentration on School Counseling from the University of Colorado, Denver in 2011. Her counseling style incorporates Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy in an approach that is strengths-based, emphasizing a partnership with clients to help them have hope that things can get better. Megan is passionate about creating relationships and helping people tap into their capacity for growth. In her free time, Megan enjoys yoga, live music, hiking and reading mystery novels.
