Margaret Ingram holds a Master of Social Work degree from The University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Film Studies from Northwestern University. Margaret has provided individual therapy, group therapy, and psychoeducation for adults primarily in Outpatient Clinical settings, as well as Addiction Recovery IOP/PHP programs for twenty years. Margaret blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness techniques, as well as Recovery principles in treating her clients. She is committed to addressing self-sabotaging beliefs and behaviors which often impact relationships with self and others, attainment of life goals, and financial well-being. Creating safe, as well as energizing therapeutic spaces for her clients to learn and to grow is highly valued. In her free time, Margaret enjoys dinners with friends, supporting favorite live performers, and
exploring new parts of the country.
