Lorena Rincon Arredondo is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. Her experience has been primarily with children, teens, and adults providing culturally sensitive community services in English, y en Español, in the non-profit sector. Her approach is one of collaboration towards change. Together, with her clients, she identifes and address the emotional issues, painful experiences, and life patterns that are keeping them from manifesting their vision for themselves, all while actively making changes towards their wellness and their goals. Her goal is to walk alongside her clients just until they feel confident to continue their progress and meet life’s challenges on their own, with purpose and hope, and of course, with the support of their loved ones and their community.
Lorena is a first-generation Mexican-American, pronouns she/hers, born and raised in the farming communities of the central valley area of California.
