Lauren Anderson is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She received her Master of Social Work degree from Loyola University Chicago with a concentration in medical social work. Lauren has experience in Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trust-Based Relationship Intervention, Trauma Informed Care and a background as a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor. She also has a passion for supporting the LGTBQI community. She doesn't believe in the word "normal" but does believe in normalizing mental health treatment in our society. In her free time she spends time with friends and family, including her 6 nieces and nephews. She can geek out about organization but is also like any other millennial and can get lost scrolling through social media--she's working on that!
