Kimbrough Charbonneau is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. She graduated from Antioch University, Seattle with her Master of Arts in Psychology degree, with a focus on Couples and Family Therapy. Kimbrough’s training includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), internalized oppression, and she has extensive training in trauma-focused, equine assisted and facilitated therapeutic modalities. She operates from a systemic lens and believes in the healing power of healthy relationships. She is honored to support clients on their mental health journey and is excited to see therapy becoming more mainstream and accessible. She enjoys laughing at corgis, horseback riding, misty mountains, and working on her farm with her husband.
