Kim Woodward is a licensed professional counselor. She obtained her master's degree in mental health counseling with a specialization in substance abuse treatment at the University of St. Francis. Kim has experience in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution focused therapy, rational emotive behavioral therapy (REBT), motivational interviewing (MI), and mindfulness. She believes that developing a trusting, supportive, and safe environment for a client is essential for productive therapy. The best approach to therapy is to ensure that the client is able to identify their own goals, and then work together to reach them. Outside of counseling, Kim enjoys spending time with her family, reading, watching true crime and other documentaries, and working on her farm.
