Herlay is an Associate clinical social worker, who is of Caribbean descent, and born and raised on the east coast.
Herlay, received her Master’s degree from the University of New England, with a concentration in individuals, families and groups. Herlay is experienced in cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy techniques, narrative therapy, and reflective listening.
Herlay is passionate about helping people understand their innate capacity to find strength. Herlay believes that if a person can locate their inner strength, they can also locate within themselves the ability to Rise out of the current mental state that brought them to therapy.
During Herlay’s free time, she enjoys finding reasons to laugh, writing, meditating, traveling, reading, and spending quality time with her two children.
