Gabrielle Littrean received her Master of Arts in Counseling from Caldwell University. She has worked with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse and addictions, grief and loss, suicidal ideation, self-esteem, racial identity, gender identity, sexuality, and more. Gabrielle has experience in Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Solution Focused Therapy. She is an advocate for destigmatizing mental health and brings empathy, compassion, and a genuine approach into sessions. She values multiculturalism and believes no two clients are the same. In her free time, for self-care, Gabrielle enjoys running, hiking, and embracing her inner foodie by trying different restaurants.
