Edward Brogan is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. He received his Masters in Psychology and Masters of Social Work from Stony Brook University. Whether it is depression, anxiety, relationship issues, self-esteem, post-traumatic stress, communication concerns, or grief and loss, anyone can benefit from a supportive person. Edward has experience in Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy and Motivational Interviewing. Edward takes a mindful approach in his practice to bring an element of balance to the situation(s) at hand. Edward is a person-centered therapist who has over twenty years of field experience in helping professions and is passionate about bringing accessibility to mental health care for all.
In his free time, Edward enjoys photography, traveling and has maintained a 20 year meditation practice.
