Darlene Mayers is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Palm Beach Atlantic University and her Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Nova Southeastern University. Darlene has experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) Informed Treatment, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Trauma Informed Care, and Biblical Counseling. She believes in the importance of creating a safe environment where her clients feel comfortable to address their greatest needs. She brings over 25 years of experience in the mental health field and is passionate about helping others overcome their challenges to become the best version of themselves. In her free time, Darlene enjoys swimming, horseback riding, and canoeing.
