Yusnely Comas holds a Bachelor's degree of Arts in Psychology from the University of South Florida. Her goal is to become a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. As a first-generation immigrant, Yusnely is familiar with the difficulties of coping with change, family struggles, and intergenerational trauma. She has experience helping others manage anxiety, depression, autism spectrum disorders, ADHD, and BPD. She uses mindfulness, meditation, re-framing, and positive self-talk to shift thought processes to a more conscious outlook. Yusnely thrives on using her knowledge to help others reach their full capabilities and potential. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, spending time in nature, being active, and playing with her dog, Enzo.
