Lindsay Holleran holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Fordham University in which she focused her studies on mental health and grief interventions. Lindsay’s experience consists of working with individuals with behavioral health diagnoses, in hospice settings, and providing the tools needed to make positive changes and coping skills for everyday life. Lindsay implements Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Person-Centered Treatment interventions in her practice in order to provide her clients with the ability to overcome and understand unhealthy thought processes. Lindsay’s passion for mental health is rooted from experience and a compassionate to motivate her clients. In her free time, she enjoys being in nature, whether it be beach days, short hikes, camping trips, or spending time with those closest to her. She also loves binge watching her favorite television series.
