Kimberlie Wetsi holds a Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Midwestern State University. As a child, Kimberlie felt a deep desire to help others and was always willing to lend a listening ear. This desire motivated her to pursue an education in mental health wellness that only increased her love for helping others more. Kimberlie is experienced in helping individuals reach their goals for mental health and wellness by developing coping skills rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Choice Theory. She regularly assisted individuals in developing positive self-talk, challenging negative thought patterns, re-framing, visualization and journaling skills for over five years at her local mental health authority. Kimberlie strives to help others improve their lives by improving their mental health and wellness. In her free time, she enjoys sewing, crafting, traveling and being a mom to a super-fun toddler!
