Jessica Whittington discovered her passion for helping others as a resident assistant in college and has since earned her Bachelor's degree in psychology and her Master's degree in college counseling. Jessica is dedicated to providing clients with quality mental health care through solution-focused therapy while utilizing empathy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and goal setting. Jessica has served as a mental health counselor to college students, as well as a support specialist to students on the autism spectrum. Jessica has worked with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship problems, grief, and other mental health challenges. In all of her roles, Jessica utilizes a client-centered approach and works collaboratively with clients to come up with solutions, build healthy coping mechanisms, and improve their overall quality of life. In her spare time, Jessica enjoys rewatching Parks and Rec on Netflix, doing yoga, and learning new things.
