Heidi holds a Master’s of Social Work from Widener University. She has a wide range of experience supporting parents and families in crisis, adults working through current and past trauma, and individuals seeking assistance with the daily challenges of life. Heidi also has experience with hospice patients and their families providing critical and compassionate support to the bereaved. She finds Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy and Mindfulness to be particularly effective in many situations. Her primary focus is tailoring therapy to meet the needs of each individual client taking into consideration their unique circumstances. Heidi is deeply connected to the military as the spouse of a service member and also grew up in a military family. She is uniquely situated to understand the impact of change on families. Her experiences have allowed her to successfully work a wide and diverse range of mental health issues. Heidi’s interests include traveling, camping, spending time with family and binge watching her favorite television shows.
