ABOUT Felicia Salna

Felicia Salna holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Her interest in the education of mental health comes from first-hand experience of the impact of unhealthy family dynamics, life stresses, chronic illness, and unresolved mental health issues. Felicia’s experience includes working with individuals and families interested in improving their relationships with themselves and others, increasing self-esteem, reducing stress, and reaching their health and wellness goals. She uses a person-centered approach to collaborate with clients using a variety of therapeutic strategies, including, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to increase use of healthy coping skills. Felicia utilizes her education and experience to promote mental health and overall wellness. In her free time, she enjoys oil painting, gardening, cooking, and loves old Hollywood movies.
