Logging Anxiety

Often times, as we experience anxiety throughout the day or week, our experiences tend to meld together and it can feel like we're constantly anxious. One of the first steps in address our anxiety and managing it when it does occur is being able to identify trends. This can help guide us towards what psychosocial skills may be the most helpful.
