  6. Write down five things you’re grateful for.
  7. Do you feel like you’re generally living in the present moment? If not, what’s stopping you? 
  8. Use one word to describe your day today.

  10. Write a letter to your younger self about how things went today. What would they be surprised by? Excited by? Disappointed by? Try practicing some Self-Compassion
