Deep breathing can be a great way to relax, and let go of some of your worries and stress.
Using shapes can be an easy way to keep track of your inhales and exhales, and can add more structure and playfulness to deep breathing. You can use your finger to trace the shapes in the Deep Breathing resource so you know where you are in your breathing.
