Eliana is an Associate Clinical Mental Health Counselor. She received her MsEd in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Hunter College. Eliana also received training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy from the Beck’s Institute of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Eliana has experience in Client Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, CBT-I (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia), Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing , Solution Focused Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy and Trauma Counseling.
