Bio

Erica is a dual certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of experience caring for patients in a variety of clinical settings including primary care, women's health, mental health and internal medicine. She has extensive experience in the treatment and management of adult anxiety disorders, depression, mood disorders and ADHD. Erica approaches health from a holistic perspective and believes that “wellbeing” must include an awareness of and attention to the body and mind as well as the emotional and interpersonal lives we lead. Her philosophy, as a provider, is one of curiosity, acceptance and collaboration. Informed by evidence-based treatments and current research, Erica works with clients to develop a plan of care that is effective, appropriate and tailored to their unique needs. This plan of care may include medication, lifestyle interventions and/or therapy.
