Zoeniche incorporates cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and existential therapy practices into treatment to promote positive change and growth. Zoe believes that client-centered and strength-based approaches can support clients in developing increased self-awareness, resiliency, and motivation. She recognizes the importance of creating a warm and accepting space for clients to express themselves and engage in creativity.

Zoeniche is a licensed counselor and certified domestic violence professional with experience in providing trauma-informed care to high-risk populations. She received her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Concordia University-Chicago.
