Yocasta uses an eclectic style of therapy which combines humanistic therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and the use of mindfulness during sessions. She has treated symptoms related to: depression, anxiety, life transitions, self-esteem, substance abuse, conflicts within the work environment, childhood trauma, stress and anticipatory anxiety impacting academic careers, and intimate partner and domestic violence.
