Approach to Therapy

Victoria has worked in a wide variety of environments with families, children and adolescents in individual and group settings and specializes in the areas of coping with grief, chronic illness to include the disease of addictions, and managing life transitions. Victoria believes first and foremost in fostering resiliency and kindness in all people. She utilizes traditional talk therapy, and cognitive behavior therapy, to support people in times of struggle. She believes that in each of us is a limitless opportunity for peace, happiness, and personal growth.

Victoria's multi-passionate spirit has lead her to become a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) following a teaching career. She received her Master's degree from Adelphi University in Garden City NY.
