Tony Thomas is an LCSW who uses a psychoanalytic approach to help clients problem solve. Tony is an active listener and he values each client individualism while focusing on establishing rapport and creating a safe space where clients feel at ease. Tony perceives therapy as a collaborative process where concerns, issues, objectives, and goals are openly discussed. Tony teaches useful and practical strategies that can be used in everyday life to restructure negative thoughts, and increase self awareness.

Tony holds a master's degree in Social Work from Union University. He is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over five years of experience working with adults, children, and families of diverse backgrounds. Using a psychoanalytic approach, Tony is known for treating depression, anxiety, stress, PTSD and various forms of abuse, as well as other mental health conditions. In addition, he is a U.S. Air Force Veteran and has worked with several military service members
