Thanks to the time she spent severing in the United States Navy, Tiffany has met people from all walks of life and various cultures. Tiffany has experience with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Informed Care. Often working with individuals with depression, PTSD, anxiety, self-esteem, family/relationships conflict, weight loss, and individuals within the LGBTQIA+ community. Tiffany believes in providing a safe space, to not only speak freely but also recognize the true potential to improve one's quality of life. Tiffany prides herself in being empathetic and intuitive, with a passion to normalize mental health as a form of self-care.
