Tara R. McCullough

Therapist | LPC

Approach to Therapy

Tara's theoretical approach is based on the belief that you are the expert of your own life and is fully in charge of the counseling experience. By working with Tara, you will learn the aspects of your life that you can control and what you cannot. Tara believes in the potential for growth and healing that lies within each person. Tara feels that being a therapist allows her to provide a safe and supportive space for individuals to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences.
