Shari's philosophy is that healing happens within the relationship. She specializes in trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, grief and loss, executive functioning skills, and crisis. Shari believes that every crisis is an opportunity. She has been honored to work with so many different people from different backgrounds and walks of life. She is easy to talk to and creates a very calming, non-judgmental atmosphere where significant work can be done with gaining insight and practical tools to practice. "Life is supposed to be fun!"
