Rosario Sralla

Therapist | LCPC, LMHC, LPC

Approach to Therapy

Rosario works to provide clients with treatment plans that they can use in their everyday lives to help them achieve their goals. Rosario’s experience includes treating adults from diverse backgrounds with a wide range of concerns. Training in Integrative, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Motivational Interview Therapy complements her humanistic philosophy of Client-Centered ideology, and her life story helps her get deep into where clients are so she might offer practical insight. As a therapist, Rosario has empathy and a caring nature and is invested in improving her client's life circumstances. She is non-judgmental and believes that no matter how similar or different people may be, it is possible to work together and develop rapport. Rosario’s goal is to develop a warm and trusting relationship in which the client can feel comfortable and heard. One of her favorite things to hear as a therapist from a client is, "exactly," because she then knows that both the client and she are on the same page.
