As a Social Worker, Odessa's had the opportunity to pursue various types of social work, including child welfare, school-based services, clinical practice with children, families, and individuals experiencing different walks of life like compassion fatigue, life transitions, depression, trauma, anxiety, and more. Odessa's style is that, most of the time, she speaks and listens. She has a natural ability to ask penetrating questions. Her intuitive and careful communication style is thoughtful and refined to create a safe place to uncover mental health and wellness amongst family cycles.

Odessa Hancock is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She received her Master's in Social Work from the University of South Carolina. She is experienced in working passionately advocating for personal growth by approaching therapy using CBT, DBT, ACT, Mindfulness and Trauma-Informed Care. She has loved working with transitional-age youth supporting them toward self-love and independence, and now with the newest niche is able to bring families full-circle by supporting birthing families in perinatal mental health.
