Approach to Therapy

During sessions, Nicole will explore how your thoughts and past experiences trigger your mood-related symptoms. Her therapy style is to meet clients where they are and provide a safe space to be their authentic selves. She believes a strategy for therapy should not be a cookie-cutter approach, therefore, together, you would explore interventions and coping techniques to meet your needs while utilizing your strengths.
