Lydia will meet you where you are at and offer you a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment for your healing journey. Her approach is Trauma-Informed and built upon evidenced-based treatments of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. She believes therapy is a collaborative process where she will work with you to create a treatment plan that is right for you.

Lydia is a Licensed Professional Counselor (#85822) in the state of TX. After earning her B.A. in Psychology, she went on to receive her M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from St. Mary’s University. She has spent her career working in both inpatient and outpatient settings, and as a result, is able to treat a wide-range of concerns including anxiety and depression, grief and trauma, relationship issues, and major life transitions.
