Liz is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a Master’s of Social Work degree from the Metropolitan State University of Denver. With over a decade of experience in the mental health field, she has worked in a variety of settings, including private practice, community mental health, and inpatient treatment. Liz is skilled in a wide range of therapeutic approaches, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy, tailoring her approach to meet the unique needs of each client.
