She has a background as a yoga instructor and an art therapist, and incorporates mindfulness and creative tools with clients who have an interest. Her goal is to support the whole self, and she sees therapy as a collaborative process.

Lauren Heller is a licensed clinical social worker who received her Masters in Social Work from Simmons University. Her scope of practice includes depression, adjustment disorder, life transition, grief and bereavement, trauma, and generalized anxiety. She uses evidence-based practices like Narrative Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), as well as more creative-based tools.
