Lauren has been working in mental health /social services field for over the last 20 years. Lauren graduated with her Masters of Social work from Utica University and obtained her licensure in September of 2024. Lauren has experience in CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing and trauma informed care. Lauren has experience working with diverse populations to include LGBTQ individuals, Military/ Veterans, and those with disabilities.
